I hope we don't have to wait an entire year again. But we probably will :(

With the huge push over the past six months to get Garrett Bischoff to be taken seriously as a wrestler... does anyone actually like him?

I hate him. I generally hate anyone who lacks credibility who is artificially thrust into the spotlight, especially when the company thinks we are dumb enough to believe that they became a wrestler after being a referee or a random fan. I haven't watched Lockdown yet but I was very excited at the prospect of him being fired and never wrestling again.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I thoroughly approved of the live crowd loudly chanting 'We don't care' whilst Bischoff was trying to set the match up on the previous Impact.

Has TNA actually gotten any better in the last 6 weeks? I switched off then and haven't seen it since.

I think it's the worst it has ever been. Everything is so generic and boring. I don't understand how they have screwed this up so badly.

I quite enjoy it for an easy Tuesday night watch, but then im easily pleased, at least it seems to have some balls about it, despite its many negatives, possibly helps that I prefer the personalities of TNA over WWE for the most part now.

I'm not sure if it actually has got worse or if WWE has just been that good Post-WM. It just seems like WWE are doing everything they can to keep people's interests while the only thing TNA have done is cut Bobby Roode and Kaz's hair.

I actually look forward to Raw each week recently to see how the Cena storyline develops. Only put that so vague in case anyone needs to catch up and hasn't seen what's been going on!

AGREED! ... Hogan FTW

I haven't seen Smackdown in a while now but still keep up with Raw and also watch the UFC PPV's which are always brilliant.

I like how when WWE wanted old footage of Lesnar beating the crap out of people they chose RVD, Jeff Hardy, Kurt Angle and Hulk Hogan. That can't be a coincidence

I should be caught up on the weekly shows now so I will check out Extreme Rules to see if it is any good or not.

Hmmm... You seem to be hinting at something there... Just cant put my finger on what exactly!!

I do like how they've used Lesnar though, the build up to Extreme Rules has actually made Super-Cena look a little vulnerable for once.

Anything of note going on over in Smackdown/TNA land?

TNA was actually rather good this week. Apparently they are now going to do a 'fight night' every month that allows wrestlers to call out anyone on the roster. This is good because it allows more randomized match ups rather than sticking the same people together every time. For instance Devon called out Bully Ray and beat the crap out of him, which would never have happened during the regular story lines of the moment. They also introduce a rookie wrestler who is supposedly wrestling for a spot on the roster, although this one was pants.

Also Eric Bichoff got pwned, which never hurts.

Really thought TNA was good this week, quite looking forward to this once a month event, adds a bit of a mix up to things, could make it a bit more interesting.

Still content that I see the best of raw in the one or 2 video highlights on the website, was quite interesting seeing all the jeers for Cena turn almost to entirely positives at extreme rules, still think Brock s awesome, just a shame the competition is so lame. WWE really has its last few big superstars dying out now, with no decent new personalities in sight still.

Just watched the end of Extreme Rules. I don't think I have ever hated that man more.

I wish TNA would stop treating its viewers as idiots. Joseph Park has been on the go for about three months now and we are still supposed to be clueless. I really hope that Abyss is actually injured and that they are just doing this as a way to get him on TV and that they aren't doing it because they think it is a clever and entertaining angle. Also, Crimson has finally finished the most boring and unconvincing undefeated streak ever. Also, Brooke Hogan. The match between Aries and Joe at Slammiversary was awesome though.

Meanwhile, WWE seems to have developed an unhealthy obsession with monster wrestlers and squash matches. A few months ago it was Mark Henry, then Brodus Clay, then Lord Tensai and Rybak and now Big Show as well. Kane was probably be getting squash matches if the company wasn't perpetually confused about how to use him. Damien Sandow and the returning Sin Cara also have to win all their matches. If all the matches are a foregone conclusion then what is the point of watching?

Daniel Bryan has been great lately but AJ's character is just confused and non-sensical.
