Kameo: Elements of Power

Post by Somerset Bumpkin » Wed Mar 14, 2007 5:26 pm

If your bored of shooting poeple on your xbox, Then I really recommend this game, if you can pick it up for cheap.

I know it was a bit slated but the best way I can describe it, is a game that was poorly planned but executed very well. Anyone else here enjoyed it as much as I have?

I found it not bad - but the second glass jawed troll is impossible for me to defeat (even though I took down the first one!)

Kameo is one of those games that I started playing, got so far, and then (for whatever reason) haven't gone back to since. It's not that I didn't enjoy playing the game... I guess I always seem to find something else I enjoy playing more.

Right now, that's Gears of War, Viva Pinata and Texas Hold Em.

That's not to say that I won't go back to Kameo though - I would like to complete the one player game, in the least.

It really suprised me. All I'd heard was negative comments, but it's actually pretty good fun. It didnt feel like a next gen game, maybe that's why it wasn't well recieved, but from what I played of it I'd say it was worth picking up

I quite enjoyed Kameo but the thing that really annoyed me was that bloody stupid talking book. Take a 2cm detour from the proscribed route through the level or take .34 seconds longer to open a door and he's spouting a step-by-step walkthrough

I will play it through again because I want my gamer points back after my disastrous 360 death :(

yeah that book got annoying a few times.Especially the way when you stood still for a few seconds he'd say "You're looking a little stuck",but when you were getting your arse kicked by a boss,he offered no help whatsoever. The git
