What moble phones have you owned?
What mobile phone do you currently use, and what phones have you had in the past leading up to the progression to what you have today? What attracted you to the device you're using now?
I've had a mobile since 1998, and had probably about 30 or 40 different models, and used to upgrade on average about every 3 months. As mobile technology slowed down, so did the frequency I upgraded. On occasion, i've been known to carry more than one around for more than one purpose (Ie, work & personal, or one for each girlfriend. Lol)
What's been your favourite phone/s and why? What phone are you considering upgrading to next?

I have never had a mobile phone ever, I am 20. I don't like them, people always ring you on them. If I could get a mobile phone that didn't take calls I would be fine, but as it is they all take calls. Pesky things.
In a poll something like 80% of old people thought mobiles make our lives worse. Don't know whether that is true or ot though but I just thought everyone should know.

My personal favourite is the Orange SPV C500 . Loads of features and easy to get free software and apps for because its powered by Windows Mobile .
I currently have a BenQ P30 . Its nowhere near as good IMO . It has touch screen functions for writing txts , navigating the menus etc... It was novel at first but seems to be a bit of a chore to use now . The recognition of some letters is tempremental . I have been struggling to find any good apps aswell , its running the Symbian UIQ operating system .
Most sites on the web only offer free trials and demos .
I will probably go back to the C500 again , they can be picked up for around £30.00 or so on eBay now .

I hate them also. I Always have mine set to "Divert". I don't mind text messages, in fact, I live my life by text message, but I really hate calls. I actually hate talking on the phone. I hate talking. I prefer to take my time and write. I also hate answering a call, or ringing someone and not knowing who i'm going to get answer. I also always keep my phone on silent, and reply to any message in my own time.Bob Syko wrote:I have never had a mobile phone ever, I am 20. I don't like them, people always ring you on them.
