What happened here is not right. You would have thought HMV would have been fine, what with being official launch partner.
I seriously hope you will take this further because they have broken a legally binding contract and it is not fair.

HMV should give you a Wii for free for what they have done, it is certainly unforgivable.

I would think you'd be able to get a Wii fairly soon.

This certainly highlights how good HMV's customer service: NONE EXISTENT!

Really hope you resolve it and get your Wii soon.
