On your Command! Or not?!

Post by Ghoststalker » Thu Nov 30, 2006 1:54 am

I looked up on to my shelf in my flat and saw command and conquer red alert screaming at me. Its day in my opinion is long gone. Generals saw to that. But in an article a few issues ago on the C+C 3 i think that it could be within the chance of being saving.
What do you think?

Is Generals any good? Red Alert 2 was great. I lost my soviet disc, gutted cause I always played as the commies.

Red alert 2 was great, but moving from that to general was crap. i played it for 3 hours and took the game bk simply because it was shit.
It compleatly lost the feel of C+C.

I don't really like the series. Generals is okay though. My mum plays red alert and retaliation on the PSOne still, she loves them.

I wasted many an hour on Red Alert on PS1.
Just playing the same map over and over......

Sad life eh?

I've never really got into C&C. I have red alert and it gave me2 hours or so of fun but I haven't been motivated to play it since.
If the monkey could type one keystroke every nanosecond, the expected waiting time until the monkey types out Hamlet is so long that the estimated age of the universe is insignificant by comparison ... this is not a practical method for writing plays.

C&C Was the first game I ever pre-ordered.

I think it was a fantastic series, but generals completely lost the C&C feel for me and I've not played any of them since.
