I’m watching a girl playing Alien: Isolation and she has much bigger cojones than me I could never play this shit. Even watching her play I’m still more scared than she is.

Reached the final boss stage of Overcooked, but it's a mighty 12 minutes worth of cooking frenzy.

Rime.

Kinda liking it so far.

Very much a heady mix of Journeys art, music and scale with a dash of Ico's simpler platforming and puzzles.

Plain but pretty.

Didn't expect such a large swimming section, nice change of pace.

8) liked the simple control guide...

Done with Rime and have went back to NMS, lots of improvement's have made the game more complex but easier to play.

And the new graphical polish the NEXT update gave makes the game look even better...

This week I played about an hour of Hollow Knight, which is doing a lot more for me than Shovel Knight (which I haven't returned to in months) 20 minutes of Super Meat Boy and (in spite of Xmas) considering buying the Battle Chasers game I saw in the Nintendo store yesterday.

Never Stop Sneakin' might be a tad too limited and repetitive but the humour is top-notch. I actually laughed out loud when I saw this.

I was reminded by this guy, Metroidvania rule 101: Don't fight a new enemy to their strengths IE toe to toe, fight them within the limitations of your skillset. A few suicide runs later, now I lose no health to them whatsoever.

I am finally reunited with my Switch, so I got Undertale.

I also tried the Dark Souls Network test and me don't like I think.

On the plus side it has the more murky look of the original which I prefer to the remasters excessively clean look

On the minus side B is confirm which is exactly the same button placement as on DS PS4 but B being confirm on Nintendo is fucking offensive to me

Also the game just feels hard to control in handheld with the analog click to lockon.

I'll probably still buy it tho.
