Re: ps3 headset
I have tried using the official one whilst playing Killzone and Fifa but i can't really hear what people are saying, its comes out as mumbling.
The only thing i hear clearly enough to make out is what i have just said being echoed.

Re: ps3 headset
Been using the official one on B.C.2 for the last few months and the only problem ive had is with east coast U.S.A. PSNf's,they just cant here me very well and occasionally voices will garble but i put this down to server issues(it tend to settle down on the next match) rather than the headset, the only other issue is that i cant increase the volume on my end it seems permanently set on three.

Did you couple it with the PS3 properly to enable HQ mode? I have used a few headsets and the official one is by far the best quality I have heard.Nigel Tufnell wrote:I have tried using the official one whilst playing Killzone and Fifa but i can't really hear what people are saying, its comes out as mumbling.

Re: ps3 headset
I can't quite remember either to be honest but there was a slightly different way of pairing it with the PS3 to enable HQ mode. You'll know if you have done it properly because when you turn it on the notification message on the PS3 will say HQ.
