I had this problem with one of the XBLA games that came on the disc with my Arcade 360. At least Pacman CE worked though, that is all that is important.

Switch to composite or SCART cable and set it to PAL 60 and then switch cables back

What game on the arcade disc? All works fine here with component cable.
