i thought the weakest of the suits in the last game was the boo suit, not that i didn't like it, but it was only used like 3 times or something. i hope it makes a come back and they actually do clever stuff with it this time.

I caved in and watched a couple of youtube vids showing off the early levels. Looks brilliant plus one of the early galaxies you visit is the "Yoshi Galaxy" which unsurprisingly lets you play as Yoshi a lot. I also love the way they seemed to have included more side on 2D sections in levels as well.

i guess the rumour is over now that sonic is in the game, right? that'd be really bad.

At long last, it's finally announced! Super Mario Galaxy 2 is due to receive a GAME exclusive CE in the form of a money tin, just like New Super Mario Bros before it!

GAME - Super Mario Galaxy 2 (CE) - £34.99

That remade Super Mario 64 level rocks, here's hoping Nintendo do a couple more nods to their previous games like that. Can't wait for the 11th to get my hands on this game

This is going to be the first Wii game i've bought since Madworld a few years ago...absolutely adored the first one but alas, like most mario/platform games nowadays *sigh* i seem to get bored quite quickly for some reason without any clear explanation why really, but i really can't wait for this and i am committed to completing this mo'fo when it comes out!

i remember you saying that before and i'm confused to why as well. if you said you didn't like the game, fair enough. but 3D mario is constantly varied it's hard to see how you would get bored if you have interest in it to start with. oh well. hope you really get in to it this time anyway.

I'm just as confused as you as to why i didn't complete this, i didn't have basically any gripes with it and found it amazingly innovative and fun...but i just can't remember for the life of me why i didn't complete it, the same goes for Mario 64 and Mario sunshine i loved every bit of them but got bored for no apparant reason...

I just double checked the release date to make sure that a AAA 360/PS3 game came out around that time cause sometimes a AAA release will come out whilst i'm already through another game triple A or not and i'll naturally move on to the newer more exciting game without thinking and never go back to the old one...

But nope, Halo was 2 months before that and CoD4 was released 10 days before this came out which would have been ample time for me to complete the single player and do a bit of multi on there before moving on to SMG, and thus giving it my undivided attention...which means why i never completed it is even more of a mystery...hmmm
