Probably, but for whatever reason I’m really curious about this game

It's a good one. Just know that it's perfectly normal to hit a mudcrab 10 times with a knife at close range and miss 9 of those times

The map is more or less required ;)

I loved Morrowind at the time but it would probably be pretty difficult to get into nowadays. Navigation is woefully inadequate by today's standards and the leveling process is utterly obtuse. In the original game you couldn't even keep track of your quests properly because the journal stored everything in chronological order with no options to search it or view specific questlines, though thankfully that was fixed with one of the expansions. Definitely give it a shot.

That side of things might just appeal to the Breath of the Wild fanboy in him though. I liked the journal stuff, maybe not so much the lack of lookup.

Although what makes BOTW so special when it comes to navigation is it has a pretty good draw distance.

Morrowind looks like cataracts

I did something weird and pre-ordered a digital game. So my Xbox is now downloading Forgotten Anne but I can't play it until the 15th May. Kinda weird.

Also this was definitely the most 'cat in the bag' kind of purchase I've done in a long time. Hopefully the gameplay matches its excellent visuals.

Not going to watch that but skipping through I still think it looks good. A bit of classic adventure stuff with slight platforming segments and all of that with a very cool old-school animated aesthetic. Except for the font they used, that looks like a placeholder.

It's too late to cancel anyway but I'm optimistic.

Got Dark Souls Remastered and a new PS4 pad arriving today because I’m tired of not being able to move forward, like literally, in video games

Bought Fifa 18 through the eShop for the Switch for £18.14 since its hopefully a reasonable pick up & play game in handheld mode, and it now of course has the World Cup addition too.

It's the first Fifa game I've bought since Fifa 08, which I got in the closing down sale from Woolworths.
