Re: Michaelarbys' Master Chief Project!!!
Nice suit mate, looks awesome now its done.
I love how in the now already infamous middle picture Micahel appears to be looking over to some mates or someone over to one side and the look in his eyes clearly says "yes I know she is slammin, how awesome am I?"

I don't think it counts as art if you copy an existing designmichaelarby wrote:gonna use it as a portfolio piece to try to get into an art degree or something!

If you're serious about Uni, I did part of a Fine Art: Painting degree and I can tell you that as long as you can talk about your work you can get away with practically anything you put in your portfolio. Sure, technical skill counts for something, but at the Uni I went to (which is considered one of the best in Australia) people would make absolute rubbish and get away with it because they had some bullshit theory about what it meant. That's why you find such crap in a lot of art galleries, people talk about the work in relation to society or how they feel and that makes practically anything ok. Lol, in case you can't tell I don't think much of the majority of art work that gets exhibited these days. Some is fantastic for sure, but a lot is just a waste of space.
