This may be jumping the gun but I should be free for a few games this saturday if my next opponent wants 3 points?

I don't know about that, you were very good

I on the other hand was rubbish. Doesn't help when you've never raced 2 of the tracks before or at rapier speed. I lost count of the times I blew my ship up.

Thanks for the update guys.

It seems like everyone is enjoying this so far, only a few games to go for round one, they need doing by the end of the week if possible and then we can keep things rolling.

Let me know if you are having trouble organising/finding time and I will come up with a solution.

I will post the next set of fixtures this Thursday evening, the idea is for them to be played over the weekend, up until 7th November.

Thanks again everyone for getting behind this, its turning out pretty well so far.

although its not there yet, i would like to point out that this will be the 1st and last time i am top of the league, probably due to none of the matches being run yet.

Can I request that whoever races me next doesn;t choose any reverse courses. That's the one I lost as I'd not raced on any of them. Was quite funny though as I was bouncing on every corner watching the distance between me and first rack up to about 16 seconds!

I know what you mean, that's why I practiced that track once, which probably helped me a lot.

I completely ballsed it up didnt I! I spent most of the first lap wondering why I couldnt use my power ups and then realised I was pressing the absorb button rather than the fire button. I might practice a bit before my next match.

Mind you even after a few post tournament races I was still nowhere near you.

The courses are pre selected by me by simply hitting the random button and using the first three that pop up. I will from now on not select any reverse courses unless anyone has serious issue with this censorship.

I'd rather everyone enjoyed it and it remained competitive.

Cheers for the other results, nearly there for week 1 now.

Me and Nigel Tufnell still need to play each other too. It seems we keep missing each other as I tend to log on quite late most evenings and it says he was online not long before (good new feature with the last firmware update!). We will get there eventually!!
