Lately I have been really annoyed by the Lloyds TSB adverts. The ugly cartoon people and that bloody operatic song are massively annoying.

You know what I hate? That ferkin British Gas ad with the cartoon vans all flying in a formation to the tune of Ride of the Valkyries, in a horrible mock-up of that scene with the Airbourne Cavalry in 'Apocalypse Now'.

What's the bloody message? Guys in blue work suits are gonna turn up and waste Gooks? Declare 'I love the smell of imported Russian gas in the morning'? 'Boilers don't surf'?

Fucking travesty. That bastard advert has RUINED my appreciation of that incredible scene in that deeply dark and important film. That, and I'll never be able to listen to my CD 'The best Classical Hits EVA!' without being reminded of grinning idiots turning up in vans at houses on tiny planets.

It's not annoying but its the only advert I remember.. that watch one.

The one with the lady in the dress getting frisky with a bloke in a tux and another guy in a tux sees them and joins in. I wondered what I'd stumbled into and it was a watch advert of all things. If this becomes commonplace then I can't wait for next M&S adverts.

By far the worst christmas advert is that fucking Boots 'Here come the girls' one Just horrible.

Pretty sure i saw this last night and it was advertising a lady shaver as a perfect Christmas gift. Now I don't think i'm alone in saying that if i got my missus a razor for christmas, i would become simultaneously castrated (possibly with said razor) and dumped.

All the f@ckin' perfume ads. All desperate to invoke some kind of arty eroticism yet all exactly the same. If it's not Kate Moss feigning an orgasm it's some stick thin tart who's just done her fag hag duty so her gay pal can get shot of his Male Ale. But the ones that really piss me off are the Only The Brave ads, if it's not some some mental listening to his own rhythm then it's some retard running at traffic. That's not self belief, sunbeam, that's care in the community. Ya fucking mongs.

Perfume adverts are the most pointless things ever. It's a ridiculous exercise trying to sell something to someone where they can't use the one sense that they need to tell if they like it or not.
