What is the name of the song (by Pennywise ?) where in the music video a Kid skateboards around, through peoples pools and backyards, goes into a record store, fondles a BlackFlag vinyl and caresses the Parental advisory sticker, doesn't buy it and skates away.

I got an answer after to or so days on a different thread after I'd given up on it because people where all like 'who care,'
