That's fairly common with any close up of body parts, though. There are specific models that do 'hand jobs (f'narr) or specific areas.

Back to Martine the diva, she's always been a jumped up pig who for some reason landed a part in Love Actually as the Prime Minister's bint. I would imagine that such 'success' has gone to her head a little if she's acting the twat on commercial shoots. I know she used to bite her nails (I have a thing about this - always notice the nails and bitten ones make me feel queasy) so that's probably why it isn't her hand holding the amazing pig's semen yoghurt with spina bifida in it.
