Never happens to me :x

If I take a month off it normaly takes me at least a week & half before I can start lifting what I did before. Nevermind more.

I finally worked up enough willpower to start off struggling through another healthy week of snack-denial and overly-difficult exercise. It seems to be working so far. I just run for an hour straight at the gym, covering 8km (fractionally under 5 miles). I feel even more down than usual so it had better be working.

I really am addicted to exercising these days. I've run for 8 miles in the last 3 days and done 45 miles on my bike. I got Interval training in the next hour as well...not bad seeing as I'm the wrong side of 40

Been B-Balling for the past 6 weeks or so. Intense.

My right ankle is kinda sore all the time even after getting proper footwear. Hmmm.

Decided to sack the boozing as well, was doing me no favours!

Woo! 14 stone this morning (196 lbs in American). Just over a month ago I was 15 stone. I still need to lose a little bit more but hopefully I will get there. Then I can start putting weight on again as I build muscle

I am fairly fit, at least I like to consider myself so. I don't do much exercise as I only go to the gym about twice a aweek. Love swimming, yoga and the treadmill when I'm there. Like aerobics and step class too.

Could anyone recommend a decent home exercise for building lower pectorals? Ive searched a few bodybuilding sites but the only exercise I can find without using weights is chair dips, are there anymore exercises out there without using weights?

Started training last week for next years Belfast Marathon. I'm not much of a runner so it'll be a slow process. Anyone else got anything on the go at the minute?

I'm trying to make a concentrated effort to lose weigth again, despite not having properly been to the gym in ages. I was rather pleased to see on Friday that I was still able to run on the treadmill for an hour with very little physical effort. I may be fat but I am still relatively fit.

I was in a fairly good mood that day though, which makes any sort of physical activity far easier. Most of the time it is a lot harder. I find it difficult to go to the gym a lot of the time because my life hurts too much.

I managed to get my behind round the Swansea Bay 10k yesterday, despite doing a massive 1 run in 3 months as training for it!

1:05 and 2,400th place, slow? Yes. Best I could expect? Possibly!

I'm now making a concerted effort as half a half marathon in just 3 short weeks and I don't wanna die.
