Xbox Live 42-Hour Code

Im just wondering if any kind soul has any of those Xbox Live Gold 42-Hour Code's that you sometimes get free with games to give away? One of my best friends got Bad Company 2 today, and we planned to play all night, and his Xbox Live Gold has ran out! It would be very appreiciated if anyone gave me one!
