Contacting development teams for questions on titles

Hey all,
I was hoping someone could provide me with some advice on getting contact details for development teams. I'm planning to do some video features on a select set of titles that I have played in my lifetime, and part of this will hopefully be snippets or quotes from the makers themselves, to get a profile of how the team went about its creation, their overall impression with the finished product, what they hoped to achieve and so on.
Right now, I'm trying to get info on the famous Jet Set Radio, developed by Smilebit who are now defunct (after merging back with SEGA, working under SEGA Sports if I read up correctly). Probably a wasteful task, but it's a game I recently picked up again and forgot how much I liked.
However, it looks like I suck at finding out contact numbers to try and get some questions answered, or even get an appropriate e-mail address.
If anyone at the mag or on this forum could assist, please do!
Cheers!
