Re: License Transfer XBOX 360
I've have gone through 2~3 360's over the last 18 months or so. Regarding the RB tracks and XBLA games ~ they work fine for me too but if someone else on my console has wanted to use them with a different profile then my profile [or indeed the profile that was used to purchase the items] has to be signed in too otherwise you can't use them ~ annoying if your in the middle of a four song mystery set on RB only to be told on the last song that it won't let you play it [because the relevant profile is not online].

Re: License Transfer XBOX 360
I had one a couple of years ago, the trouble I had with it is that everyone I talked to complained they could here static when talking to me, plus there is the disadvantage of having to make sure it's charged [it last 8 hours at a time], other than that it's a good design, it's light, it's pretty comfortable to wear and easy to use aswell, I was considering getting another one but because I play over Live far less now then I did back then i'm not sure if it's really worth it, plus if I go for months at a time of not using it and then suddenly decide to play with some friends would it have kept it's charge? probably not.

Whenever mines not in use it is charging. I considered getting another one so I can hot swap when either one runs out of juice. Bloody expensive though, for what they are.

Wireless headsets are hit and miss.
As for the DLC problem - take your 360 off live and see how many games you can play - On mine I have about 2 offline, bad times ;( I also need to do the licence transfer but cannot be bothered to redownload everything...

Yeah, I remember when I moved house a couple of months ago I was offline for a couple of weeks ~ it wouldn't even let me play Bioshock offline bevcause of the dlc ~ all it was were some Plasmids and Tonics!

Re: License Transfer XBOX 360
Hope I can just jump in here with something related.
Last night for the first time in about 2 years my internet went down til the next day.
Thought I wouldn't be able to play any xbla arcade titles Ive purchased, but I could play any of them, not just trial versions either.
Is this usual? I have never done a licence transfer btw

Re: License Transfer XBOX 360
Yes, If you have never done a licence transfer and are still on the 360 that you downloaded the games on then you should be able to play them fine ~ this is the experience I have had anyway. When my 360 has died in the past and I have replaced it, I would swap the HDD from my old 360 to my new one, any XBLA games or DLC that I had downloaded on my OLD 360 now won't let me play them unless I am signed into XBL Games/DLC that I have downloaded on my new 360 however, would be fine.Satan's Therapist wrote:Hope I can just jump in here with something related.
