I'm sure the games are identical, put it this way, if everyone of you lot were playing it on PS3, i wouldn't consider getting it for the 360. I suppose i feel like i'd be getting it for the 360 by default if you know what i mean

If I get it I'll be buying it for the PS3. Mainly since I have neither a Live gold account nor a wifi dongle to connect for even a silver account. Since I've never played online with anyone from these forums I have no real qualms about missing out on the 360 super-funtime :D

Not convinced by this, solely because I don't think I can be bothered to learn the ins and outs of a whole city to get the most from the game. Couldn't really be arsed in Midnight Club 3 either.

as i said in topic i creadted previously (didnt realise there was one), I am really disapointed, the Game did not need to go all TDU on us, and it doesnt lend it self to burnout, driving far to fast to properly focus on a map and compass.

Burnout need to stick to the 2 games that defined it NO 2 and 3 both were two of the best arcade racers ever.2 especially requiring a great ammount of skill to do well at.

The demo just feels cluttered and wrong, If it reviews well I may give it a second chance rental, but im not gonna get my hopes up.

Criterion I just want you to make a good burnout game again, with out the gimmicks, Revenge was a step in the right direction. and add back in the best version of crash mode to date which was found in BO2.

On the plus side, great visuals car/crash physics. and nice to see some of the original BO2 soundtrack back in the game.

In all though im very let down.

lmfao.....

the demo alot of fun.. it does very much feel like test drive well to me it does because i have never played much burnout before i like the free roam idea jumping in and out with your frineds etc only the demo has no races that i can see so i hope the full game does... i can see some test drive like races round the whole city being very entertaining... plus the smash ups a pretty..

also, liams getting it for the 360 he will miss my love..

gotta agree with snaggletooth here, got really bored in the demo. burnout is getting more and more diluted into just another racing game now.

i havnt really played the demo that much but i really didnt like open city of it all. Burnout is all about speed and swinging in and out of oncoming traffic and not about having to look at a bloody map to know where im going.
Having said that it is no where near as bad as the Frontlines demo is (with the exception of the remote controlled helicopter and C4)

It's the right way to do it though. They already know how a 360 works and are still learning how the PS3 works. Why force something onto the PS3 when you can write it fresh for the machine knowing that you have the tools ready to port to 360.

The demo is terrible by the way. What a monumental **** up of a franchise.

I'm undecided on this. The playability felt a lot like the driving bits on the GTA games to be honest. Multiplayer with Russ was fun and finding all the billboards was a good challenge.

Graphics are a bit underwhelming, but the car damage is ace.

Ummm... perhaps I'll get it just because there aren't
that many fantastic driving games on the 360 yet.
