hahahaha! compare an old port of a port to one of the best fps games to be released this year. wonder what the outcome will be there? lolLiamario wrote:Somerset Bumpkin wrote:Thats nothing to joke about! I've had loads of great nights on that. Brilliant multiplayer funSorry ant, i spent a brief time with you and the lads "enjoying" this mulitplayer "fun" and i have to say that the game is muck. Multiplayer is average and the only thing that could possibly bring it beyond average is the level editor.
Compare it to Call of Duty 4 and then tell me its a good game
For those not in the know, you can buy Vile Lair, from Live marketplace which gives you acccess to a hideout called Deepscorn Hollow. Inside, among other things, is a fountain of restoration which, along with purgeblood salts (I think that's what they are called) mined from a vein on the chamber wall will cure vampirism. The whole process won;t take any longer than 5 minutes.rickyafraid wrote:what is the hideout called? don't need to splash out too many points, do i?Keerin wrote:PS - if you do contract vampirism in Oblivion, you can buy a hideout on live which gives you an instant cure! vampirism nearly killed that game for meCoyote Smith wrote:I got way more store credit than I thought (I was exchanging things) so I managed to pick up The Darkness, Oblivion. Halo 3, Forza 2, Bioshock and Dead Rising.
Thanks for all the recommendations guys. Don't think I 'll be able to afford a live subscription for a while yet though.
Are you talking about Farenheit the adventure game that was on the ps2 and xbox? I already have it on the ps2. It was great until the end, which seemed like such a cop out.Keerin wrote:Great choices there mate, nice broad selection which will keep you going for a while, especially Oblivion and Dead Rising!Coyote Smith wrote:I got way more store credit than I thought (I was exchanging things) so I managed to pick up The Darkness, Oblivion. If and when you get Live, I'd advise you to stock up on credits and buy farenheit (unless you can find it second hand for cheaper). Fabulous game which is a great choice for MS to add into the originals series on Live.

1,200 points so £10.20 ...marthagogo wrote:Farenheit is £6.50 on amazon. how much is it on live?
They had to cut the middle act from Fahrenheit iirc hense why it kind of jumps towards the odd shit so suddenlycrispybacon wrote:I played it through again recently, still great but the descent into weirdness felt just as silly second time round, a real shame as it has some very solid ideas and good gameplay. The stealth level's bleeding awful though.
